Is Your Child Eligible for Care Under GAPP?

GAPP is a Medicaid program designed to provide care to medically-qualified children under the age of 21.

Children from families eligible for Medicaid can apply for GAPP at any time, provided they meet the same level of care required for admission to a hospital or skilled nursing facility. GAPP is administered by the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH).
